Here comes 4 cents, page-5

Just as this stock ran to 10c and shortly after I stated it would drop like a rock to 2c, Ok it dropped like a rock to mid 4's and stabilized based on some smoke and mirrors.

The problem for CNX is this, they are broke and the capital raise of 2.5mil gets them to years end, then in the release of the quarterly by the end of January, it will state they only have less than 1 million after the next quarters foretasted costs. They missed a bullet buy getting the 2.5 mill as then the Sept quarterly would have shown they were broke in January, they now will be broke in March or April, relying on massive dilution requiring capital raising over Christmas and early new year, keeping in mind the following -

- Announced a Cap raise to Institutional and Sophisticated investors in the last month or so, however failed to update the market on the fact they did not get 1c, no not 1c a share, they could not raise 1c in total form Insto and Sophisticated.

- Then they announced the share options buy, right after the price was pumped and they released the info and the purchase document. To date I also think the same result, they have not got 1c in from that, and the accounts at the end of Sept, issued in late Oct are silent, dam another miss fire, that has to hurt and the first effort and this one has cost a lot of money, yet failed.

- Then we went with the underwritten 2.5 mil, with another 2.5 from current CNX holders, did you notice the announcement and notification of shares to the underwriter, oh thats right, they did not take any, not 1. Another failure.

So CNX future lies in the its ability to cap raise after three failed attempts in the last 2 months, into a market holiday period and falling sentiment in juniors.......

I am not sure a strong buy would be on my Christmas card list......

Again I got knocked for my prior posts but the above just validates each and every one, but how about someone with some actual facts to argue the obvious against what I say, rather than making it up or living on sentiment, where in their accounts does it say the money is coming from, where in their altered announcements does it say they even have a commercial application in, neither exist folks, beware.....
