Problem is with 3.5billion shares out there the market cap is $3.5million. Realistically this company is worth in asset value about $30k (there simply is no revenue value), obviously the cap cannot get any lower, so to improve the share price worth you literally have to show financial worth of well in excess of $4.5million!! That's just to cover excess fees too.
For a small company such as Raptor this is a major ask. That's the break even level. You are likely to need to make $3mill a year just to maintain a mild growth in share price. $30million to see a price of 1c plus. The odds aren't great here.
