Well, I've emailed the company to clarify! So we will soon know. Judging by the low price at 1.52, I'd say we the market was not impressed of the underperformance given the premium to NTA. Last NTA was 1.43， so if we can increase a little on that, the gap to NTA might be closer to 5pc, much better.
