some questions Just exploring some of the other CBM offerings...especially offshores...great hedge if the Aussie economy goes south.

Just wondering what the interest here was.

Anyway, They are producing a bit from Oriva site but the flow rates are pretty low...35000 Mcf a QUARTER from 5 wells and pretty low profit margins. Compare that to 5 good QGC wells...that would be around 450000 Mcf. Just saying doesn't seem to be that exciting.

Did some basic research and could find little in the way of certified reserves. Also the plots look pretty small and crowded. I notice they are just reporting coal seam thickness at this stage. Anywhere you can get flow rates or reserve figures yet?

One reason I am suspicious is small plots...where not talking massive plots where if you find some good wells a small percentage of your tenement you can multiply it by 10 because they only explored 10% of the tenement. The other thing is an experience with VPE. They did some drilling in south west of Wyoming, reported similar coal thinkness to Big George, good gasoues coals and then...zip. The final concern is that they have got the scraps...sure whole powder basement is producing 1000000mcf a day...but who is to say they have got the scraps left over by the local players. As I said before, it looks like a pretty crowded map and the upside is limited by small tenements.

Not trying to stir the pot...just some genuine questions I was hoping to get answers to from people who know a bit of the history of this stock. I've done well off QGC and EPG (so far) and thought I might look around at what else is on offer. Hope someone has the time and inclination to respond or can refer me to a past post or brokers report that addresses some of these things.
