I have jumped in at 12.5 as I have taken the more optimistic view of the next quarter. Cost cutting, biggest revenue month ever in October. I think they were trying to say the next quarterly will be a lot better. Without exactly spelling it out.
Still this is just my assumption, but at that price, worth a punt.
