ONGC to drill 103 wells in Cambay basin in Gujarat

The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) will be drilling a phenomenal 100-plus exploratory wells in the Cambay Basin in Gujarat which seems to have suddenly become an epicenter of oil & gas discoveries.

In my opinion, Cambay will start to proceed more rapidly in the new year. This is when Mike Watts completes his notice with Cairn and Magna will be able to show their hand. For LTH it's a case of being patient, but the asset remains the same, Cambay will be a world class unconventional play.
