I don't know that attacking the directors on a personal level is a good approach when most reasonable commentators would acknowledge that India is both a land of great opportunity and real difficulty in closing deals. IRL have been mining there for 7 years; no other foreign company comes close to that (I think NSL Consolidated is the only other operator) and will be very well placed when India gets moving again. The old government had a new mining law in preparation for 6 years, but failed to get it through Parliament. That climate of uncertainty makes investment nervous. The new government may take a while to get going but must surely see that a viable mining industry is a must. IRL should be the best placed company to take advantage.
