read ann from ASX posted on etrade website dated :
27/sept/2013
it states in heading:
ERM moves to strengthen empire board!
so ERM started this last year and now you are saying because the long term shareholders like me and many more who have held this stock many years with great paper loses, should some how thank lucky stars that some power reseller now wants to make a pigs breakfast of the empire company and blow out the amount of shares beyond imagination, we want to wait tell reserves are released by a board who many would have known the ERM management, and you think I am simple !
my god man, how simple are you too suggest that we are somehow in a loyalty debit to ERM power after last years 249d meeting were I and many more emposa members helped remove CM for this bunch of down ramping board members.
so ERM shareholders like you and the rest are now saying ERM should walk away from J/V deals and drop support for empire after there the company that started the 249d process. I would say fine with me let's release the reserves and go to a bank and pay a8% too 10% compound interest rate on cash and than sell the plant after all upgrades are done for it true value and in doing so tell ERM to ram there deal some were dark. I note that no one at ERM has come out and said that there doing us a favour, because that would confirm
there just been play corporate roulette with empire and should not ever be trusted by any future oil and gas players. Right read the ann I pointed out and let me know who you think started this crap last year if you want to respond.
good night from Melbourne
