If you are looking to trade you could buy at 17c with a stop at 15.5c. Bullish divergence on the daily RSI suggests double bottom but not confirmed with Williams R% or OBV. Suspect it will range a bit for a week or so. If looking at momentum i would wait until clears 19.5c again for a bit of comfort re: resumption of up trend.
Fundamentally i think is good long term investment mind you at current price.
