I'll vote no whilst the topup remains as it is.

For each month (or part thereof) that the loan is outstanding after 1 January 2015, Empire will pay ERM an additional fee of $25,000 per month.

So effectively penalty interest of 8% pa on top of the existing interest rate for the outstanding $3.75m loan.

Who needs enemies when you have friends like these.
