Translation: They found some old slag heap, and sent some samples from that to the lab.
It's an old sales pitch to grab a lease near by a successful mining company (never mind fact they have MC in billions) and then make loads of claims about how its a billion dollar industry which will gain from and rise from the ashes like a phoenix.
Reminds me of ORO or what ever the name was claiming a lease next door to SIR will also reap them millions.
Never mind the fact they have absolutely no cash, or means of raising more other than convertible notes, which dilute investors at an obscene rate.
Graphite = just a high grade coal. Have to sell it by the ton just to make a few dollars.
I'd bet as soon as they get the lab results back, they will spin some glossy report about the quality and how they will now launch a more extensive drill (exploration program) however will just need to ask investors for 5m.
By the way has anyone read the company constitution regarding directors remuneration? voting rights etc?
Companies like ORO,DMN,GGP-OGI should be delisted.
