    Agree Barney,
    DLS might end up costing an acquirer close to $ 800 million. Too much for Beach, unless it was a scrip offer (merger).
    Santos seems the most likely candidate IMHO. Seem very interested in DLS acreage, as highlighted by JVs and recent PEL 570 deal.
