Anything is possible g12m0, however, I have had a strong view on who will T/O DLS for many years. That is BPT. DLS is just too small for DLS, but I agree DLS/STO have gotten very close in the last 2 years. Heaps of J/Vs ongoing. IMHO - the reason for this is DLS wants the best partners possible. STO has both the skill and cash.
I will be honest, I am surprised that NSE were able to get such good terms. As they have a very weak bargaining position. I guess that just shows how positive STO is on it.
What will be interesting is how quickly STO move to get things under-way (as compared to NSE who were trying hard to delay any work to be done). 3D seismic does not necessarily need to be done, as DLS has already covered a good amount of the tenement. So...
