Just jumped in, who else?

after missing the IPO (and the 15% gain on issue today), I have had TNK on my radar for the last week and finally jumped in today. The way I see this company, I see an aggressive company (similar to G8 in nature) with a huge potential. Their P/E was 9 at 1 dollar which is very attractive. Also they only acquire attractive centres at low multiples compared to competitors. High implied dividend is likely to be used for acqusitions rathers then a full dividend which is fine with me.

Expect a lot from this investment.
Long term holder from day one.
