OGI have secured a very valuable tenement, no doubt about it. Slap bang in the middle of two of the main graphite explorers and producers.
They may have a chequered past and have been unsuccessful in oil exploration, but this tenement is worth serious money. I bet your two neighbors are keeping a close eye on this land.
