In my limited experience, the horse trading typically leads to about an additional 10% - 20%. TSE has hinted at strong trading in the period up to now, so I'm hoping the offer will be on the higher side. The update to the market early Nov hopefully helps.

I was planning on holding this for a couple of years, as I believe the company has very good prospects in the medium term, especially once it reduces its debt a bit more. Now it seems I'll be exited early. Hopefully they squeeze another 20% from them. Opening the books up to others is a good tactic, puts pressure back on Don Quixote to act quickly.
