Yes , It is in the report today , they have to meet ASX Chapter 1 and 2 requirements, which is means they cannot issue any new stock below 20 cents, in the report they said they are doing a 1 for 67 and then raising abt between 3.5 mill to 6 mill post with the issue of 20 mill shares, they will probably do this a t 20 cents,they put all this at the very end with all the hype in the first pages.
