AZS has kept us informed that they are seeking to enter agreements. They can't comment on the details because of commercial in confidence.
Look at a previous example: AZS announced 5 months before the Kennecot/Rio JV was announced, that they were entering into negotiations for a JV. They were unable to announce anything further until K/Rio went through all their due dilligence and geological chances of success assessments. This is because of commercial in confidence agreements which get signed early on. That's why the ann was so significant; it means that K/Rio is very sure of the chances of success.
There are no secrets other than what happens normally under negotiation arrangements. You need to understand these realities and not give in to paranoia...plenty in here will feed your paranoia and take your shares off your hands cheaply...thanks very much!
As for PR firm, they have one. But they aren't going to give you information that has not been disclosed to the market and which is market sensitive. Also AZS is keeping costs down, so why would they go on a PR campaign again? Tony has done presos, and walked the walk, talked the talk. The market is not responding right now to explorers...it's just how it is. I know it's tough right now, but stick to the facts and try to keep your head when others are losing theirs. Good luck.
