Given the current market cap is ~$4.5M and they have ~$3.5M cash on hand this deal has to potential to give the share price a nice boost. Especially if we see some volume come into the stock.
Dr Crombie is well regarded in the industry and has runs on the board regarding company making transactions, it could also explain why we have seen no buying by the directors on-market in recent times as they have been working on this deal.
I think it is not overly optimistic to suggest VHL stock holders can go to bed tonight feeling a little excited about what may unfold come Friday morning.
With ~$1M current enterprise value, any re-rating on good news is going to be significant imo.
