So, if this deal goes through, us HOG shareholders will also be given a certain amount of BSP shares also? How does this deal work exactly?

I don't necessarily see this as a bad thing, effectively they will be sending new blood into the Ukraine and it frees up HOG to take on a new direction.

A much better result than sitting dormant imo.
