Wow is this one still going, talk about death of a 1000 cuts. And directors still paying themselves from whats left of the shell. No surprises there.

I thought this one was gone when they sold that last asset they had (some trailings plant/mine op) from memory back in 2009 or whenever it was.

Looks like they finally got rid of the old website and front pic of a block of metal, replaced with a website that looks like it was developed by school kids for a project, doing nothing more than saving the domain name at a $1 a month.

Long term investors were absolutely diluted to non existence on this one, after all the CRs, consolidations, La Jolla for the final coup de gras, any original investors be lucky to walk away with enough equiity for a pizza.

Anyway good luck who ever left, but this turkey should of been delisted long ago, even if just to save new investors/traders from losing their hard earned on it.
