I believe they did not disclose the true position of money outstanding to creditors in financial reports leading up to the administration of Kagara, which was later revealed by administrators. I therefore believe they also must have been trading whilst insolvent during the finalization of the Lounge Lizard asset sale, given the realization of the outstanding amounts owed to creditors as was later determined by the administrators.
