This is more simple than you think.

Vitrogro in Europe will be sold both directly to the private clinics and to the Health State Authorities.
In Europe in each country there is a local Health Authority that cover the State Health Plan.
When the medicine or biomedical device is covered by the Health State Plan, the patient just pays a nominal tickets of few Euros, and the rest is covered by the State Health Plan.
In this case, the client of Tissue Therapies (quite a large one) will be the local EU State Health Authority.
