Hi Duku,

In answer to your questions:
1. I don't know. I would hope that experts in the stability of the product are in the best position to decide whether the stock needs to be dumped or whether it is as good as the day it was produced and therefore OK to sell.
2. I don't think your toothpaste tube can be relabelled. Especially as it has already been sold to you and is sitting somewhere in your bathroom.
3. I assume the company is well and truly aware of the legalities of labelling on tubes and packaging. Also I would be very surprised if each contained a different date. If they are going to relabel then they will relabel both IMHO.
4. Not sure about an audit "committee". I'm pretty sure they have a number of different audit processes.
