Well if the company is only left with $1.4mil at the start of Oct and flow rates announcement are imminent you only have to start dot joining to see where this is going if they want to realize the resources full potential. IMO if I was speculating the flow rates could be quite good as I can't see a scenario where negative news is released and the placement coming through, unless of course it is a money making exercise for those big boys in the know perhaps raising at 5 cents or so and pumping and dumping the share price for a nice profit.
