Why is it not fraudulent that Frank can pay himself so much while shareholders have seen their investment turn to ash? This makes Bernie Madoff look like Mother Theresa.
I guess ORD is due for another capital raising on the back some recent propaganda so that ORD can pay and retain Frank for another year.
