There must be ann soon re AGM, which was last held on 11/11/13 & 14/11/12 - so would expect announcement by mid October.
I'd also be expecting a substantive ann re 77H (well) before the AGM, hopefully positive, that would conflate with the flagged BoD changes and to head off any discontent.
