MOT is a minority shareholder in CU2 yet we have CU2 directors controlling MOT.
L/T shareholders have and continue to be diluted by the controllers of these companies who produce no revenue , yet they can get interest free loans and be paid directors fees from MOT.

PPS & mVentures loans have been nothing short of negligent and we also have the free shares given out to them as well. Also of note is that the Ex.CEO of PPS & MOT has interests in CU2 as well.

Who ever was on watch and brought these wonderful projects into the company should be given the shift immediately and held responsible for MOT's losses.
