NET PROCEEDS:
The net proceeds from the issue of the Convertible Bonds in an aggregate principal amount of
HK$50,000,000 under the Placing Agreement (after deducting related expenses) are estimated to
be approximately HK$48,000,000. The Directors intend to apply the net proceeds from the issue of Convertible Bonds for financing the expansion of natural gas business of the Company and as
general working capital of the Group.
