They better get their finger out or they are treating ASIC with contempt (re Continuous disclosure). Bit said when half the investor base knows approval not granted this meeting and further questions asked but company not saying zip.
They can say BIS received the questions but doesnt really wash when there is publicly available information and BSI is their agent in any case.
