Vote No to Silvergate

Parties interested in Silvergate's potential control of CAP should take look at Dejin Resources Limited and its web site in Hongkong where dissident shareholders in that company have called for a meeting scheduled at the end of next week to remove the current Chairman (the man behind Silvergate) and a number of his other directors.

Dejin's Chairman is using his public position to fight those shareholders who are trying to oust him.
