Green Rock Energy Limited ("Green Rock" or "the Company")) is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement with Mr Stephen Copulos to join the board as a Non-Executive Chairman (Elect), conditional upon re-compliance with the admission requirements of Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules.




Interim Chief Executive Officer - Green Rock is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Steve Tambanis as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Following the completion of the admission requirements of Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules, it is the intention of the company to appoint Mr Steve Tambanis as Green Rock’s Managing Director. Mr Tambanis has been employed as a consultant to Green Rock to lead the Company’s exploration due diligence during August and September 2014 on the Company’s Mahenge North project (announced 7 July 2014) and on the Mahenge Resources Projects (announced 22 August 2014).


Green Rock Director Gabriel Chiappini noted, "We are very pleased to have been able to attract and assemble a high calibre, experienced and extremely capable board at Green Rock. We look forward to the finalisation of our re-compliance programme in accordance with ASX Chapters 1 & 2 and to the commencement of our next exploration phase in Tanzania."
