Why a CR? The annoucement says
The securities of Emerchants Limited (the "Company") will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company.
Usually with a CR the annoucement refers to funding or finance? The full year resuts said "The company ended the financial year with a net cash position of $4.49m and this has improved as of July 2014 to $4.87m".
If they burnt that in 2 months we're in big trouble or else they've landed a big fish and need mega-bucks for development.
Am I missing something?
