i agree with you , however they have the right to seek clarification on any issues they feel have not been adequately addressed. As had been suggested it may only be relating to an expiry date.
In any case I am still happy to hold and buy on any weakness in the share price.
I think we are 99% there but that last 1% is always the bugger...
