I would also note an item that I believe everyone has overlooked but is SIGNIFICANT.
From the information I have seen SGLs contract for gas seems to be well over $3 per gigajoule. I have heard that QGC's is way lower than that & the question must arise is that are their wells economic as no history of flow rates.
Perhaps QGC wants a stake in SGL so that it can supply gas through SGL to get a higher price
