we speculated ages ago that FCL via ITF would eventually consumate an acquisition / merger of FEA as a part of their consolidation stategy for the forestry industry.
Its only a matter of time.
Even they will get bored using the Creep Provision of the ASX rules.
I don't think any Holmes à Court prodogies such as are running FCL would pay a cent more than they had to, LOL!
