    I agree 100% !

    Options should NOT be given for achieving basic and 'normal' work outcomes. (But there should be penalties or disciplinary action for non-achievement )

    Options are incentives to perform at a level "above and beyond the call of duty"

    Getting CE mark is Mercer's (and others) core work - with reasonable sales to follow.

    I own well over 1 mill shares and I won't be supporting the payment of rewards for Mercer for doing exactly what we are ALREADY paying him to do !
