There was speculation about UGL eyeing TSE when the news story of UGL being flush with cash came to light not so long ago, however the last time UGL tried to buy TSE they was knocked back by TSE's board...
Who know's now that the family have sold out of their TSE stake, anything's possible, i've been saying for some time that TSE are too cheap and have been ripe for a takeover at the current pricing level compare to UGL's last offer a number of years ago....
TSE have some good profitable contracts and they have been getting out of what i perceive are their unprofitable ones esp their oversea's interests otherwise they wouldnt have solid those parts of the organization.
As for Allan Gray, they have been buying TSE stock for some time esp when it got down to the 66c, when you look at it now, they've doubled to almost trippled their investors money, i hadnt realised that Allan Gray had been buying UGL stock as well, thats interesting....
