Another piece of crap that makes me question my sanity. Might voluntarily check into an asylum after getting so much so wrong. I cannot see how the company will survive so I am assuming it's being setup for a p&d at some point to let the underwriter out. The only positive is that they cannot offload before the allocation so it is in their interests to pump it to other traders.

I would view it as a speculative trade only with the hope of perhaps a 1 cent spike, but you would be insane like me to consider participating. Is their anything in the prospectus about actually making money from the business or is it just to fund the lifestyles of the key players.

9 for 1 at a 75% discount to the all time low price. I must have been a total scumbag in a previous life to keep being subjected to this torture.
