So I'm going to assume it was either one of the 2 parties who bought the shares at $0.055 to ensure they have a blocking position and will be playing hardball for a bit more. With the positives r.e Galoc coming from our dear neighbor it wouldn't be too unrealistic to ask for a-bit more cashiola on the table.
