As disappointed and bewildered that I am at the moment as a result of today's announcement I hold IRL shares due to the fact that Aravalli ML will be granted and Badia will be granted.
I suppose IRL has 2 Mining Lease applications out of the 8 mentioned in the article, which is fantastic IF the Indian Goverment get off their lazy backside and grant the lease EXPEDITIOUSLY!

IRL just has to stay afloat until then, with Noble backing them now (and Resource Capital Funds), perhaps that was a blessing in disguise after today's announcement????!!!! Their holdings will ensure IRL survives (and thrives!) once Aravalli and Badia comes...and it will...in a BIG way.
Nevertheless, all this gives us plenty to think about as we await the Supreme Court outcome.
Just had to get this off my chest, hate bad announcements as I have been holding since 2007 :/
