Wait for the prospectus , IT companies spending billions on R&D will simply come up with something similar or better than iwebgate applications and then what happens to your $250m valuation. You don't want to be caught holding if the tech bubble collapses because at some stage within the next 12 months a correction on NASDAQ looks like happening imo.
