I have been in TIS for 5 years...trust me I'm not getting ahead of myself. it is my experience that TIS doesn't sustain the sort of daily volumes that we have been seeing without an expectation of an imminent decision. Whilst you may not think that there is one (and I didn't say I thought there was one either) it is my opinion that the market is expecting some sort of news shortly. I draw that opinion from price action only.
