The chairmans shares were sold off-market, reported as an off market transfer.
Others have been offloading on market.
The chairmans uses the normal line of "this divestment was to further assist with the liquidity of the stock" to explain the sale. My interpretation of this is that he considers the stock fully priced and wants to lock in profits.

I also took profits, to hold some more cash to look for cheaper stocks.
