Whether they work together or the caffeine just gives you a kick is debatable. Perhaps people drink less of their routine daily coffee when ill the caffeine works in lieu to keep withdrawal symptoms at bay.
There is some new reasearch regarding ibuprofen. The newer fast acting zavance at 200mg(1 tab) works just as well in pain relief (where appropriate) as 400mg of the normal(2tab). that means less gut symptoms.Havent heard about it in ads only at a conference i was at,so perhaps not good business sense to spruik the research
