Just juices, fat and flour. Add a bit of worcestshire sauce for added flavour - but only use Holbrooks or Lea & Perrins. The others are full of fake ingredients and more code numbers.

I have a theory - eat food without any code numbers, or minimise the amount of numbers in any food. Take red wine for instance. It usually only has 1 code number which is for sulphur preservative. Some 'foods' like instant noodles or instant soups for instance, contain almost nothing but code numbers as ingredients.

I picked up a packet of frozen fish at the shop and looked to the ingredients, there was enough numbers to fill a book and it was supposed to be fish

Naturally it got put back
