RFL is a great story but now the market is asking -
- do management really have a clue after not being able to answer the most basic questions in the conference call.
- what are their costs going to be going forward (R&D) and what is revenue going to really look like. I can't believe they didn't answer these simple questions.
I am expecting a bounce after last weeks sell off but I really don't think the sp will do anything until management get their act together and become more transparent and then back it up with actual results. I am concerned that the badly handled conference call is a indication of larger morale/staffing issues within the organisation. Its not easy integrating acquisitions and if you don't have a motivated and capable team then what hope do you have. No sure if this is the case with RFL but we all know how the market hates uncertainty and Friday was proof of this.
