Have to totally agree with you.
If this goes through present shareholders get less than 13% of the company if only Underwriters take up the issue.
I can see no reason that shareholders would want to throw away more funds
IMO this is about management getting practically all of the value of the raising
This company has never been any good for long-term holders
IMO its about to get WORSE.
The amount of money that goes to "manage" this company is OBSCENE
If the company goes belly-up at least it stops the loss of more shareholders funds.
And stops newbies being stripped of savings
