The trading will occur at .3 or.5 or $1 when and if CNN get sales and profits to support the market capitalization, which clearly at the present time it has not.
As for BLT, has the share gone up because of the consolidation or because the market believes it will be successful? You may as well mention ANSELL they also did a consolidation and the price increased - as a result of results.
I would rather buy $1,000 worth of shares in a penny dreadful company at $0.01 then getting 1/100 number of shares in the same company at $1. They are called penny dreadful for a reason. And you only invest in them (I do at least) in the hope that something comes up and you make a killing with the LARGE number of shares you hold. e.g. FMG.
But anyway, have a good week end and lets hope that CNN starts reporting some profit in the near future.
