vontrader, 10c is my typo ... and shortfall is the indication of different between what you think and what others who might be a bit smarter than us and a bit insider than us think. government export call doesn't even lift PEN's sp much, let alone more junior ones, it only helping government selling tenements to many of you, the shareholders.
